Four steps from grimy to gleaming

Every Super Shiny detail follows the same four-step process, built so you spend zero time on the appointment except saying hello and saying goodbye.

    Tell us about your car

    Call us with the year, make, model, and a quick description of the current condition. We send back a precise package quote in minutes, no “starts at” surprises.

  2. 02

    Lock in your slot

    Pick a date and a two-hour arrival window. We confirm by text the day before and again 30 minutes out, and arrive with water, power, and a full kit loaded.

  3. 03

    We detail on-site

    Mobile detailing means zero hassle. Stay productive at home or in a Zoom while we transform your vehicle in your driveway, office lot, or apartment parking.

  4. 04

    Final walk-around

    We hand the car back with a panel-by-panel inspection and a personalized aftercare plan so the shine lasts as long as possible.

What to expect on the day of the appointment

Before we arrive

Move the car to whichever spot has the best access, driveway, garage, office lot. We need about a 12×20 ft footprint and access to your hose only if you offer (we carry our own water). If we’re working in your garage, please remove any items within arm’s reach of the vehicle.

Arrival

Our service van pulls up at the agreed time. The tech introduces themselves, walks the vehicle with you, and photographs anything pre-existing (paint chips, prior scratches, interior wear) so there are no surprises at handoff.

During the detail

You don’t need to stay outside or hover. Most clients work, run errands, or grab lunch while we work. You’ll get a text 30 minutes before completion so you can be back for the walk-around.

Final walk-around

The tech walks every panel and the interior with you. We point out the work we did, anything we recommend for a future appointment (e.g., paint correction, ceramic), and how to maintain the result with your wash routine.

Payment

Pay at the end, in person, cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle or CashApp. Receipts go out by text immediately.
